That is because the FAT file system only supports a maximum file size of 4GB for any file more extensive than 4GB, use exFAT or NTFS. However, if it’s bigger than that, use the NTFS option as I have done on the image below. Note: If your Windows ISO file is less than 4GB, you can select the FAT option.
